Our company was founded in 2006 by Debra Krause, now our executive chef! Our German Bavarian preztels are made with the finest all natural ingredients, hand rolled and shaped, then baked to perfection. Our gourmet style pretzels are served at various chicagoland events, for all occasions.
Specialty baking and creative design allows Debi to draw on her professional experiences and her personality to create her line of handmade baked goods and confections which raises the bar for a “taste-experience” unlike anything found in the world of mass-produced breads,treats and sweets.
