Basic Ordering Information
We do our very best to accommodate you and your party event planning. However, same day orders may not be possible. We typically require at least 48 hour advance notice on all catering orders. Last minute thought? Call us to see if we can accomodate you.

Chicago Pretzels will deliver to most of the Chicagoland area. If your location is outside of the Schaumburg area, there will be a delivery charge depending on location. Should you wish our driver to unpack and set up your catering event, please let us know in advance so we can set up the appropriate time for delivery. Delivery charges will depend on the size of your order and whether the location is in our regular delivery area or not. In the event we are stuck in traffic or should anything by nature arise and be out of our control, We ask for a 20 minute window for delivery time. All foods are delivered hot and ready to serve with containers and utensils that Chicago Pretzels provides. We do provide plastic utensils, plates and napkins for your catered event.
