Q: Does salt come on my gourmet pretzels when they arrive?
A: NO! We do not put salt on our Chicago Gourmet Pretzels because salt has a tendancy to blister the skin of the pretzel when any kind of moisture is on the pretzel. This does not make for a nice appearance when serving and can make the pretzel skin slightly soggy.
Q: How to prepare your Chicago Gourmet Pretzels.
A: You can prepare your pretzel products in a conventional, toaster or microwave oven. All ovens may vary slightly in temperature. See our product sheet on temperatures and type of ovens.
Q: Do you use peanut oil or peanut products in your ingredients
A: No, only on special orders and they are not in contact to our other products
Q: Does pretzel salt come with my order?
A: Yes, we do provide enough salt for the amount of the pretzel products you ordered. We suggest using kosher salt should you wish to use more salt than we provide.
